New users must verify their email address. This helps prevent spam and protects your account.
Option A — New accounts (from the signup email)
After you sign up, we send a verification email to your account address.
Open the email and click the verification link.
Return to CNC Simulator Pro and restart the program.
Don’t see the email? Check Spam/Junk. If you still can’t find it, see Troubleshooting below.
Option B — Existing account (from inside the app)
If your account isn’t verified yet:
Open License settings in the app.
Click Verify now. (This sends a verification email to your Account email.)
Open the email, click the link, then restart the program.
Troubleshooting
No email arrived
Check Spam/Junk/Clutter and any Focused Inbox filters.
Search your mailbox for “CNC Simulator” or “verify”.
Make sure the Account email shown in License settings is correct; delete if incorrect and start over.
Corporate/school email: ask IT to allow messages from the cncsimulator.com domain.
Link says expired or invalid
Go to License settings → Verify now to send a fresh link, then click the newest email.
Clicked on one device, app on another
That’s fine—the verification is tied to your account. After clicking the link, restart the simulator on the PC where you use it.
Network blocks
The simulator needs Internet access (outbound HTTP, port 80) to sync your verification status. Ensure your firewall/proxy allows it.
