Please Note: HardwareCheck is not digitally signed, which means you might encounter a security warning upon attempting to run it. Don't worry; just follow the steps below to safely use the tool.
Quick Start Guide:
Download HardwareCheck:
- Click here to download the HardwareCheck utility.
Save the File:
- Save the downloaded ZIP file to your desktop for easy access.
Extract the Utility:
- Right-click the downloaded ZIP file and choose Extract All to unzip it into a new folder on your desktop.
Launch HardwareCheck:
- Open the newly created folder, then double-click HardwareCheck.exe to start the utility.
Bypass Security Warning (If Applicable):
- If a security warning appears, click More info and then Run anyway to proceed.
Run the Diagnostic Check:
- In the HardwareCheck interface, click the Run check button to begin the diagnostic process.
Copy Information:
- Once the check is complete, click Copy to clipboard to grab the diagnostic information.
Share with Us:
- Paste the copied information into your support ticket so our team can analyze it.
