Please Note: HardwareCheck is not digitally signed, which means you might encounter a security warning upon attempting to run it. Don't worry; just follow the steps below to safely use the tool.

Quick Start Guide:

  1. Download HardwareCheck:

  2. Save the File:

    • Save the downloaded ZIP file to your desktop for easy access.
  3. Extract the Utility:

    • Right-click the downloaded ZIP file and choose Extract All to unzip it into a new folder on your desktop.
  4. Launch HardwareCheck:

    • Open the newly created folder, then double-click HardwareCheck.exe to start the utility.
  5. Bypass Security Warning (If Applicable):

    • If a security warning appears, click More info and then Run anyway to proceed.
  6. Run the Diagnostic Check:

    • In the HardwareCheck interface, click the Run check button to begin the diagnostic process.
  7. Copy Information:

    • Once the check is complete, click Copy to clipboard to grab the diagnostic information.
  8. Share with Us:

    • Paste the copied information into your support ticket so our team can analyze it.
