We cannot promise to answer mail from free users. What we can promise is to read all emails and take them in consideration when we plan for new versions of the CNCSimulator. We do our best to answer them all though. If you have not received an answer as a free user, wait a few days and try again. Also make sure you give us details about the issue. We do not answer email like “It does not work, what to do?”.
